Miranda Cannon obtained a Motion to Dismiss on a Title VII (42 USC § 2000) Employment Discrimination case where the Plaintiff was narrowly time-barred from filing suit. The court agreed that Plaintiff could not argue for an extension to file when the time limit was imposed by statute, and found that Plaintiff had not made any showing of equitable tolling or estoppel to make extension of time appropriate.
