Justin P. Smith

Biography

​

Justin P. Smith practices civil litigation in the area of insurance defense in federal and state court, including matters of tort law, premises liability, and municipal liability. While attending law school, he completed a judicial externship with The Honorable Brian C. Buescher in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. In addition, he was a senior certified law student in the inaugural semester of Nebraska College of Law’s First Amendment Clinic, where he authored an amicus brief to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Smith graduated with Distinction.
